In memoriam Zhang Zhi Jie (2007-2024), 01-07-2024

We are immensely saddened to hear that Chinese badminton talent and winner of the YONEX Dutch Junior 2024 men's singles Zhang Zhi Jie has passed away after a heart attack during his badminton match in Indonesia. Zhang was a very promising talent and we consider his death a huge loss for badminton. We want to express our deepest condolences to his family, friends and the Chinese badminton community.
